meowmeow,
after two long and tiring days of Temasek Culinary Academy's Official Opening Ceremony, we went back to school, no, i had service!
but OPC have been such a great experience, I dont wanna go back to class
with the Elites, we somehow call ourselves, i call ourselves EXTRAS! haha
the group of 20, we clicked almost instantly, misses my old lecture group friends :D
but you know, we made it such a blast!
thanks you Tue and Wed's class for being such great co-workers! it wasnt easy mangaing classmates, and even worse with other class classmates!
we had greeeters, receptionist ladies, headwaiter and headwaitresses, stewarding, tour executives (MEE!!), and and bar with their bar supervisor, ms ng.

My proficiency test wasnt as smooth as i expected, but I have to get that out of my mind.

joke and all, well, it was our last session together as well :(
ah sim was nice nice as usual, asking me to chill and calm down, mouthing "you can do it", words of encouragement from my apel teacher. HAHA.
neoneo with red red lips again la, wine service with him calmed my nerves la.
ms mark asking me constanly, "hows the test? is it okay? can do it!" and then ask me to take things for her.. HAH! but appreciate it alot alot :D
my powerhouse waitress jiamin took over when i was at test, with superb ken, doreen and gladys.
who made service a breezzeeeee!!!

that thurs and fri were his ahem classes, but telling us he sees us differently, we are good at diff points, making it hard for him to find out who exactly is his favourtite class...
(So, I assume la.....thurs- primp and proper, porfessional and hardworkingfri- fun, happy go lucky, teamwork Number 1, hardworkingso, thurs + fri = happy happy days in TCA!!)alot of strong characters in the class, that brings the service standards up one notch :)
