initially, i thought today's post will be nothing but emo-ness.
but hell no, because of american idol's idol gives back and video that jeryl shared with me, im a happy girl now :D

oh well, i had service class today.
was suppsoed to start at 8, but i was late because there were like 2 or 3 accidents at TPE.
it was only five minutes, damn it lar.
and goh yelled in my face.
open wine bottles, pour water into wine glass, introduction to silverware, glassware, bar equipments
ahhhh, was really intresting though im bored.
and they're using iggy's utensils and ritz carlton's bowls. LAUGHS
but the 5.5 million Temasek Culinary Academy is pretty impressive i must say, with service crew like yrs truly, i bet its perfect.
ah, to early to say, i cant even pour plain water into wine glass without dripping. SHIT
well, end of the day, being so strict with us at TCA
i guess there's a reason, becasue our batch of htm students are all so soft and nua.
and we cant even fulfill the basic requirements like punctuality, all the more they have the right to yel lat us.
but i really like the discipline we're undergoing,
but one thing im worried about, is that mr goh will loose his voice permanently by the end of week 13, take care sir! : D
anyway, tue was fun :D
had lectures, met mr goh, that fierce fellow with no neck.
went for dinnr with Zilra, zhaopei lost her wallet, dont be too upset girl! my fren say she'll call us if they find it!
talked/ crapped/ yelled/ scremed at one another at Mac's that day
and the circle forced me to say out my eye candies lor, i dunno why i did
but yeah, someone eye candies me.

seriosuly, after watching American Idol's Idol Gives Back, it really left me in a pool of tears please.
right here, fabulous living conditions, with lights, air con and computer
and then over there with practically nothing, the best they can do is a bed with mats and non potable water.
everytime a camera is shoved into their face, you can see the megawatt smile from every kid, despite such harsh conditions, they are living life to the fullest and to the best,
but the worst thing is, some of them might or will be HIV positive.
and here i am, or probably, us, are whining all the time about this about that, getting upset over things, paying extra attention to the latest trend, not having to worry about water begin clean or whether anyone will die tomorrow.
seriosuly, we're too fortunate, we need to help others.
i cried when josh groban touched the kid on his left when he sang this few lines, "You raise me up, so I can stand on mountains; You raise me up, to walk on stormy seas;

and i cried even harder when the kids all huged him after the performance, heartwarming leh.
and the bunch of 20 walk ard in neat rows can, they hug alrdy, then go back also neat neat one leh. ZAI CAN. hahaha
but this short scene left me pondering, where is the
love?

well, after working for 8 hours ystd, and standing up for 8 hrs in class.

oh, Iggy's Restaurant has gone up from a World Ranking of 98 to 60!and Chef Dorin is the Chef of the Year! heh, my workpalce leh, but im useless there lar. laughs, eat capellini, shallot, olive rice only!ah, more freshies to talk to at cca booth and week 1 HTM orientation at night, i think i need a break real soon!
